NexMoney was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves honest, expert mortgage advice — not a one-size-fits-all product pushed by a bank.
Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, we help clients across the South of England and the wider UK navigate the mortgage market, drawing on more than 15 years of combined adviser experience. From first-time buyers anxious about their first step onto the ladder, to seasoned investors growing their portfolios — we've helped hundreds of clients secure the right deal.

You'll usually work with one dedicated adviser throughout your case, so you have a single point of contact who understands your circumstances. Occasionally a case may be passed to a colleague, for example during annual leave or a change of staff.
Whole-of-market access
We don't have preferred lenders or exclusive arrangements that bias our recommendations. We search the whole of market to find a mortgage that we consider suitable for your circumstances.
Transparent fees
We tell you what our fee will be before you commit to anything.
Typically, we charge a fee of £375 for arranging a mortgage but will also depend on your circumstances. The fees may be waived subject to the terms of the fee waiver agreement.
We go the extra mile
We liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents on your behalf, and we are often available in the evenings and at weekends. Some parts of the process are handled by third parties and are outside our control.
