All Our Services
Mortgages are just the beginning. We offer a range of financial services to help protect your property, your family and your future. Some services are arranged by Introduction only.
Protect what
matters most
Your mortgage is probably your biggest financial commitment, so it is worth thinking about what would happen if you were unable to work because of illness or injury.
Most mortgage lenders require buildings insurance before your mortgage completes. While life insurance and other protection policies are usually optional, they can provide valuable financial security for you and your family. We'll help you choose the right level of cover and compare policies from across the market to find competitive premiums.
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
Life Insurance
Pays out a lump sum to your beneficiaries if you die during the policy term. The payout can usually be used however your beneficiaries choose. Where a policy is set up specifically as mortgage protection, it can be arranged so the sum assured is designed to repay the outstanding mortgage.
Critical Illness Insurance
Pays a lump sum if you are diagnosed with one of the specific conditions listed in the policy, such as certain cancers, heart attacks or strokes. The conditions covered and the definitions used vary between insurers.
Income Protection
Provides a regular income if you are unable to work due to illness or injury, subject to the policy terms, the deferred period you choose and the insurer's definition of incapacity.
Protect your property
Your home is your biggest asset. Make sure it's properly protected.
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
Buildings Insurance
Required by most mortgage lenders, buildings insurance covers the structure of your home against damage from fire, flood, storms, subsidence, and more. We find competitive quotes tailored to your property.

The conveyancing service itself is provided by the firm you instruct, not by NexMoney, and the speed and progress of your transaction are outside our control.
